Gadgets in Windows 7

Windows 7 Beta is a polished Operating System. Although I am an avid Linux user and Open Source supporter, I couldn’t resist the temptation of downloading and installing Windows 7 on my machine. Partly because of the curiosity factor but mostly because I bought a brand new PC and I wanted to see how different Operating Systems fared on the new hardware. More over, Microsoft had made available the Windows 7 Beta as a free download to the general public which meant I had nothing to lose.

One thing I really happen to like in Windows 7 are Desktop gadgets. While there are only a hand full of them, they do have a polished feel and serve a useful purpose.

So while I was playing around in Windows 7, I decided to create a video of Windows 7 gadgets which you can watch below.
