Derive inspiration from listening to people
Inspiration is the process of producing or arousing confidence in others. When influential people talk in public, they inspire those that listen. Inspiring people inject new ideas into our minds and motivates us to do something similar. This being so, a couple of websites have sprung up which invite people with leadership qualities to give a small talk on their field of expertise and their experiences to a select audience. These talks are then made available online, free for all to view and get inspired.

- Academic Earth – This site hosts 1000s of lectures from the world’s top scolars. The subjects range from Astronomy, Science and Religion to Law and Entrepreneurship – a total of 17 subjects to choose from. Really inspiring and educational.
